Okay, no I'm not a fan of UK basketball, but I know who Dan Issel is. Apples and pumpkins. The point you were making was that Matney wasn't a stat padder. The point I was making was that the Woodford County debacle made him the king of the stat padders. I'd go as far as to call him a stat whore. In Friday's case I'll give him credit for not having Jude in for the whole game, but his past speaks for itself whether you like it or not.:popcorn:

No it's not apples and pumpkins and it doesn't matter whether I like it or not. The Woodford game has no bearing on anything. What was Matney to personally gain anyways? He didn't even submit the stats. As I pointed out there are very few records held by anyone, anywhere, were an athlete has not been allowed to post numbers against inferior competition and get their times extended on the field/court by their coaching staffs. Why are you not blasting the record holders and the coach of every "record" stat listed by the KHSAA then? Do you think that Derek Homer got all of his yards against Highlands and Trinity and played two quarters of each game? Did Tim Couch throw for all of those yards against Saint X and sit out the second half in all of them? Why are you not blasting Homer, Couch and their coaches????? HUH??? Did Nolan Ryan throw all of those no-hitters and set the strikeout record all against the Yankees? Leads to the question of are you just a Matney and Jude hater?
