The 09 Harlan team did beat Pikeville at PHS in the second round of the playoffs. It was the first time Harlan has ever gone to Pikeville and won, I know this for certain cause I played for that Harlan team. Also the Seniors and Juniors were on that team so they remember how good it felt to finally get the monkey off our back.
Also at Dragonsdad I was at the field earlier this week and they had the stats up for the game, and harlan failed to get over a 100 yards rushing, for you to say they ran the ball well and for them not to eclipse the century mark tells me that this team is gonna have a hard time running.

No offense at all, but like I said, winning once a blue moon doesn't qualify. Yes, they won here in 09. When was the last win before that, irregardless of field? What's the overall series record between the two schools? I am NOT saying Harlan isn't up and coming, nor am I saying they can't win, I'm saying I don't believe they will.
