Lexington Catholic vs. Somerset (scrimmage)

RoShamBo Wrote:Defense looked alright. The first touchdown for Catholic was just a blown play on a counter that went for about fifty yards for the score. The second they just marched it down the whole way. Somerset got a fumble and an interception from LexCath. Storm picked off the pass. Jumpers didn't turn it over any in the first half. O-line has a little work to do. Catholic was killing them with the blitz.

Some of the trouble with the blitz came when Catholic brought more defenders than Somerset had blockers and the Jumpers didn't hit the hot route. The Briar Jumpers ended the first half with the ball 2nd and goal on the Knights 7 yard line when time expired.
