Yogi had a better average and more RBI's but played three more seasons. Bench would have past him in RBI's eventually. Bench is the best all time defensive catcher. I say that puts him number one. Oldtimers can kiss my ass.

Are you throwing World Series rings out the window? How many rings does Bench have and how many rings does Yogi have?
