Ky Allstars Indiana Allstars game 1.
#6
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Bria Goss scored 25 points and Kaila Hulls and Akyah Taylor added 12 each as the Indiana All-Stars beat the Kentucky All-Stars 69-56 at Conseco Fieldhouse. Goss, a Kentucky recruit and Indiana's reigning Miss Basketball, was named player of the game on Saturday.

The teams split the two-game series. Kentucky beat Indiana 64-57 on Friday night in Louisville. Carla Booth, who led Kentucky with 13 points and four steals, was the only Kentucky player to score in double-figures. Kentucky's Miss Basketball, Sara Hammond, scored just four points and dealt with foul trouble early in the game. Her performance followed a 21-point, 14-rebound effort the previous night.

Indiana shot just 27 percent from the field but outscored Kentucky 34-7 from the free-throw line.
Good job Carla booth!
Kentucky really needed some outside shots to fall.
Thats what happens when you leave the better shooters back in the bluegrass state.
If The better shooter at the try outs had been selected or added to the roster as should have been
Then kentucky could of snuckin toindiana and stolen a clean sweep.
The Kentucky all stars that beat the Virginia all stars could of beat this unimpressive indiana squad which shot a dismal 27 per cent from the fieldand still won handily.
we cannot be satisfied with one win considering the great class and more to come we are fielding.
thins will gomuch smoother if the selection commitee could go in with a more open and honest attitude in the future.
Its not all about bigs..one of the smaller players on the court carla booth
proved as such.
