I don't think it is unless one of those young ladies on Twitter who claimed to be 21 years old was actually 15. You see, with Twitter there is no way to be sure that somebody engaged in the equivalent of phone sex is stupid enough to post their real name and post their real picture and send it to people who may or may not be adults.

In Weiner's case, he added to his problems by calling one of the women who just couldn't wait to see him naked from his Congressional office on a line which had caller id enabled.

Forget the morality or lack thereof - does Weiner's stupidity not trouble you?

BTW, using government phones and other equipment in the manner that Weiner did probably is a federal offense or a violation of House rules at the very least.
