It's tradition, we always do this, just like alot of other schools do to. As long as we're safe and don't go overboard, the cops and everyone else are completely cool with it.

I was a student at UK when "The Shot" happened. Nobody burned anything. I did see the guy in the apartment next door throw a full keg off a balcony though. I almost cried. What a waste.
