Estill - only lost 4 (via KHSAA) from there Line on both OFF and DEF, they return most of there line and there big boys. They also have a very good 8th Grade Class that includes a RB that averaged 4+ TD's a game and another Kid that can throw the ball (Has one of the pretties spirals, I've ever seen) and he can also run, he's very quick.

Western Hills - I know nothing about

Garrard County - Returns there RB (Markell Hays) & QB (Billy Abney) from last year's team

Powell County - Returns a load of very good ball players and is a threat to beat anyone in this district, they can't be overlooked

Bourbon County - Should be down this year, they took a hit to there team when they lost 15 Players from last year's team including there QB

The Hayes kid probably impressed me more than anyone on the team in a game against West Jessamine last year that was played at Lincoln County. He would come out of nowhere to make tackles. The QB is also a player and from what I'm told has colleges looking at him. The line played tentatively in the game that I saw, but, they were very young and it was the beginning of the season so they were mostly a sophomore line that was just getting going. Most of that group of linemen came from a nearly undefeated team (lost to Rock early) as eighth graders that were in a conference that included Boyle, Mercer, Rockcastle, Danville Independent, Lincoln and Casey Counties. (The old Salt River Conference) That group will be juniors this year.
