There is no doubt Belfry is by far the best in the last ten years. Bell has had a good program too. several trips to the semis is nothing to be a shamed of. Belfry is just head and shoulders a head of everyone--no disrespect to anyone else--Every program that has been discussed is great. Breathitt has had some great runs too (one state title and one runner up).
