Shelby County won in 1987 beating a very good Boone County squad

If I were to do a top 4, it would go:
1. Somerset- 5 title games, over 100 years old
2. Hazard- very good teams in the past, but could never finish at state
3. Boone County- 4trips, 0 titles thanks to Lou. St.X, Trinity, and Shelby
4. Prestonburg- Just the fact that theyve only been to 2 title games is a shocker

I'd have to say

1) Somerset
2) Prestonsburg
3) Boone County
4) Hazard

Main reason for moving Hazard to the bottom of the 4 is because really their program has only taken off over the past decade or a little longer. Let them have a few more years of attempts before moving past Boone and Prestonsburg.
