The annual lift a thon will be held today at the Breathitt County Football Den at 4pm. It will be interestring to see what numbers are put up this year and who will come out as the winner. I know Travis smith will be going for 500 on squat and th kid is only a freshman! He also benches around 320, I'm not to sure on his power cling though. A few others that will compete with him for the overall winner could be Will Collins, Dustin Sumner, Zach Gross and Devin Rice. Should be a good competition this year with no real clear cut winner. I advise you to come out and watch today if you can find the time to.
