Too little, too late. If Obama had wanted Gaddafi out of power and saved rebel lives, he should have led instead of followed on this issue. Gaddafi does not need his Air Force to slaughter the rebels that his forces have cornered. Once again Carter II has made us look extremely weak and indecisive to our enemies, and just as importantly, to our allies.
