Bowling Green 47, Monroe County 45: Down four points at the start of the fourth quarter, the No. 4 Purples (24-1) fought back to edge the Falcons (24-7) for the Fourth Region crown at Diddle Arena.

Adrienne Tarrance led the winners with 13 points, including a layup at tied it at 43 with 3:00 on the clock and the go-ahead basket at the 1:30 mark.

Zoe Sibalich sank two free throws with 14 seconds left to for a four-point lead. Kayla Murray hit a pair to get Monroe County within two, and Bowling Green turned the ball over with three seconds remaining, but Madison Clements' last-second shot missed.

Monroe County was paced by Caylan Bybee with 13 points and 13 rebounds, and Clements scored 11.
