There is no way any High School gym in the state could be a better venue for the Regional than the Expo. Neutral floor and neutral refs. The 16th plays at Morehead State and all the schools arent from Rowan County, same with the regional at EKU but everyone isnt from Madison County. Your logic doesnt hold water.
Sure my logic does hold water. Pike gets 4 out of 6 teams in in the tournament. Regardless if you agree with me or not, which I really could care less, the fact of the matter is Pike County gets 4 out of 6 teams in and they will get half the money to stay in Pike County. Plus, all of the money that might be spent on restaurants and gas. As far as neutral floor, that is somewhat true. 3 out of 8 teams have not played in the Expo Center at all this year and two of them are Pike County teams but Pikeville has played 4 games there, Shelby Valley has played three games there. 7 for the 59th District, the rest of the field - 6 games (B.L. 3, S.C. 2 and S.F.1). But I am sure you being a Pike person that this won't hold water either. :zzz:
