This game was a basketball version of David vs Goliath. Owsley is just too young and inexperienced after losing 8 players to graduation from last year. When the boys enrollment is only 120 students it's hard for a school like Owsley to reload in one year. They're getting some better play from some of the freshmen and sophomores, so the future looks promising.
Not to mention that Perry is one of the best teams in the mountains. They'll probably be at Rupp this year. The Commodores are always going to be at or close to the top in the 14th region.
