Just to clarify....
Kanter took 33,000 MORE than what was deemed necessary, didn't he?

Wasn't the whole reason he got his eligibility stripped because he took a large sum of money, and not just enough to take care of his expenses?

Depends on what your expenses are. "Man cannot live on Bread Alone", or no XBox Live, or Gucci Shoes, Custom fitted Armani suits......
