What Cal failed to mention, and something that Amun-Ra and I discussed last night, is the latest decision was not made by the NCAA, but by the Eligibility Committee. The Eligibility Committee is made up of college Presidents & AD's. UK's Barnhart is also on this committee, a committee that this year has ruled other players "Permanently Inelgible" for varying reasons. So the latest decision was to uphold the NCAA's decision. The NCAA had nothing to do with this "Final" decision.

The Eligibility Committee could have adjusted the NCAA's ruling and since they did not, I'm sure Barnhart has the opportunity to get a first-hand reason why the members of the committee that he belongs to and provide the fans more answers than what we get from the media.
