It's nice to see Magoffin in the middle of a list like this instead of at the bottom. I still think they have to prove themselves, though. It they recover from their recent lapses I believe they will do exactly that and maybe even move up the list.
Despite their poor start, I would still have Betsy Layne higher on the list. And I don't think P'Burg should be near the top - certainly not ahead of Paintsville. Like Magoffin, they are a middle of the road team in the 15th - so far.
