If he fails to cooperate, then he was guilty of something. He got a pass on this one. Ben gets four games for violating the personal conduct policy (plus gets beat to death every week with no flags on opponents) and Favre gets fined for $50,000. The NFL swept this under the rug the best they could and managed damage control. The NFL is just like the NCAA. Very inconsistent.
