Your right in the fact that gas prices peaked around $4.00 per gal. in June and July of 2008, by October of 2008 prices had dropped to nearly $3.50 per gal. and by election day gas prices were down to nearly $2.40 per gal. Gas prices continued to drop to around $1.60 per gal in early January of 2009.

I just think it is ironic that when gas prices were going up during the Bush administration the left was saying that Bush was an oil barron and was making money from the increased oil prices. However now that prices are increasing during the Obama administration no one in the media is saying anything about it.
