More Impressive? Favres 297 or Ripkens 2,632?

How many seasons were each of these streaks?

It is hard to imagine a football player, certainly a QUARTERBACK keeping that streak alive. 11 men on that field are trying to stop you, at LEAST 3 usually 5 men's job is to hit you. Not that way with Cal.

HOWEVER, Most football seasons last about 4 months if you include the post-season, right? That is 8 months for surgery's healing, etc... Baseball begins in April and isn't over until October. 7 Months, 8 if you could Spring training, etc...

Also, in football a player has at least 5 days to recover in baseball, you might have 5 games in a week!

One other item to note is that I know Cal played at least two and I think maybe even 3 different positions in his career.

Both of streaks are incredible. I am still leaning towards Favre because people are TRYING to hurt you on every play.
