As far as rap goes, gangs and violence aren't based solely on rap. I mean it's not like, I'm going to listen to some 2pac and go rob or kill somebody. I'm sure it's influential in ways, but nothing like you'd think....

Back when Eazy-E, 2pac, Biggie, 2 Live Crew, Dr. Dre in his prime, and N.W.A. was around you could have a feasible argument. Nowadays, rap is a joke.....
