I don't want to call Harlan Ind. a cupcake, they are usually a competitive team although not up to the caliber of a KC. Coach Mills did intentionally schedule this sort of game not to insure a win but to better the chances of going into the playoffs with no injuries and on a high note. MCC and MSHS are just district games that have to be played. A much better district schedule would have been McCreary, followed by Rock, Madison Southern, then Bell. The "tuneup" game at the end would appear to make more sense with that schedule but you have to take the district games as they are.
