Obviously dog you are wrong in the way to handle it. According to what happened to the player and the coaches , this was not the way to coach.

Well, I'll be a little less diplomatic. What I saw was a bunch of inner city hoodlems. It doesn't surprise at all that some coaches and players ended up in trouble. Football had nothing to do with their bad character, they were born and raised to have it. Football only kept them off the streets for a few hours a day. The coaches were brought up the same way and know how to handle thug wannabees. They were producing a winner and thats all that matters. Open your eyes man! They were doing exactly what was nessessary to control these punks.
