1. Clay Co. you have to keep them here till someone beats them
2. North Laurel the team most likely to unseat Clay Co.
3. Harlan Co. lots of post season experience returning
4. Bell Co. 4 of 5 leading scorers return
5. Whitley Co. young but very talented
6. South Laurel always very good
7 .Knox Central enough talent to be ranked higher
8. Harlan Ind. the Mullins kid is a talent
9. Pineville new coach and the Orr kid is gone
10. Middlesboro life without Coleman begins

In my opinion the Clay and North are in a league by themselves. 3 through about 7 could be interchangeable as the season wears on as all are very even.
