Football is a competition, any sport is a competition. Posters on here are interested in competition and are therefore I am assuming most posters are competitive. I am a competitor, played high school basketball. I don't want to lose in a freaking spitting contest!!! We know that these games don't make a difference in what will happen when these freshmen and JV players start playing varsity.....BELIEVE ME WE KNOWWWWWWWWWW THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It does mean something to these boys right now, in THIS very moment as to if they lose or win the stinking game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are NOT saying that because our JV beat Bell's JV Tuesday night 28 to 6 that we will beat them by the same margin in 3 years. We are NOT saying that if the freshman team beats Bell by 60 points tomorrow night that the same thing will happen in 3 or 4 years.

These boys bust their arses every day, same as the varsity, and they want to win every game like any competitor does. What is the sense in playing if you don't win?????????????????

I don't even have a boy playing on the freshman or JV team and I want them to win because like I said above I am a competitor for Pete's sake!!!! Can't you get that thru your heads??????????????????? :HitWall:
