Over the years, I have seen mountain schools based just because they are from the mountains.
I have also noticed that, whenever there is a coaching change, it usually involves some type of political posteuring.
Are there more politics involved in mountain athletics? If so--WHY?
Or--am I barking up the wrong tree?
(Disclaimer: I am in no way trying to bash Mountain sports--I am actually trying to learn/understand a little more about it--please understand--I am interested in your opinion--I am not interested in bashing).
