It is good to hear coaches are following the guidelines on this. I spent years as an Army Officer where soldiers routinely were hosptialized for heat exhaustion at Ft. Benning, GA where heat and humidity were extreme. Young players are often not hydrated well anyway. Coaches honoring these rules prevent hospital visits at a minimum.
