The KHSAA has to get notification of a Bylaw violation. They will not deal with an anonymous call or letter. They will forward the anonymous inforamtion to the adminstrator of the school in question. I believe that any letter reporting a rule or Bylaw violation to the KHSAA must have two signatures. I might be wrong. The KHSAA leaves it to the schools to police themselves.

WRONG You will never make me believe that. KHSAA does what they wont when they wont and they are far from being equal. If they allow indiviual schools to police themselves, then why would they spend money on attorney's to move a case from the local district court to federal court. Just saying the whole KHSAA needs revamping in the worst way.
