How in world can anybody rate these kids that have never started a varsity game,especially the qb's. How do you over look Logan Johnson at Letcher Central he has proven he is the real deal and with Mike Whitaker coaching him he is only going to get better.

Exactly. That is why you don't pay any attention to player rankings. I will bet there are as many listed above that are better than all listed above. Who decides on this list anyway?
