Well, I think the KHSAA has stepped up in recent years promoting sportsmanship and leadership. They put on classy shows with the Sweet 16 in Lexington and the State Championships in Louisville. Those events run seamless, there is alot of planning that goes into them.
IMO, I think the KHSAA does a pretty good job.
