If Prestonsburg loses its a three way tie between Prestonsburg, Allen Central, and Betsy Layne for the outright conference championship and the #1 seed in the 58th District Tournament. If Prestonsburg wins they will win the conference and be the #1 seed and play South Floyd in the first round. Pburg won the first game by forfit because AC pitched Logan Crowder after he pitched 7 innings two days before against Pburg in the All "A".
