Great season for Sheldon Clark. Don't hang your heads boys. You have a great coaching staff and alot of young talent. I got a feeling well see Sheldon Clark in a lot more region championship games. They just happen to run into to a very good Belfry team clicking on all cylinders.

The win doesn't surprise me but the score does. I thought Sheldon would hold this one a lot closer most of the game. Congrats to the Pirates. I'll be watching them next week @ Russell.

Congrats to the Pirates on a 3rd straight region championship...I was their watching and the atmoshpere was awesome......SC has nothing to be ashamed about....they had an excellent season and will have alot to look forward to next year.....but Belfry is movin on to Russel and i'll prollly be at that one as well

IMO, best all round game they played since beating Middlesboro there two years ago.
Matt and Corey each made a great cut on long TD runs. Phillips had a very nice TD pass before the half that was killer to SC. Excellent performance by Belfry. Congrats to the Cards on a fine season.

Big ups to the o-line for opening the holes for these guys to run through. I was kinda worried at first about who would control the line of scrimmage. I knew we were better across the board, skill position wise, but the Mules came to play tonight.

Great win and lets keep this thing going with another win @ Russell next week!!!

Great game to the pirates! Too bad I can't say the same about Sheldon Clark. That really let me down. Daniel Harless needed to step it up and he didn't. All of the SC team needed to step it up. Anyways great game.

Go to Russell and show them some more mountain football.

No reason to hang your heads about anything. You guys had a wonderfil season. It's a shame that there has to be a loser. I have one of the best freinds in the world in Shawn Hager, I am happy for what he and his cards accomplished.

Thanks for your support in our run to state to represent the people of the mountains.

Tonight i never knew i could feel such pain as i did seeing Sheldon Clarks seniors laying there crying that about killed me inside. But Belfry came out and showed how a state championship football team plays thats with heart and athleticism. Great game Pirates and to the seniors of Sheldon CLark you all made me proud to get to go to all the games and support you through the year. Nothing to be ashamed of, you win some and you loose some, but you all made all of Martin County proud. Way to play ball.

Thats a great post......We appreciate your support. I just wanted you all to know we have nothing but respect for the SC program, we still love our own Shawn Hager. Great season, you all be proud of yourselves for a great run.
