Final.
Good Confidence win for AC heading towards the home stretch.
AC's Stumbo finished with 20pts. and 14rebs., I believe.

Players aren't consistently showing up and from what I heard Burchett didn't have a very good 2nd half after scoring 15 in the 1st.

Does this win for AC cause a coin flip for the 3-4 seeds?

CONGRATS TO AC Yea they shut burchett down the second half and made it hard for him to score coach martin done a good job coaching the second half and got his boys in a position to win like his supposed to.. I thought that petry had ag reat game even if he did foul out and have 4 fouls in the 1st and 2nd quarter he did good real good hustler and everything. The refs was really inconsistant on both ends and on packs techanical it was called because they knew he was right and they couldnt handle it they was just off on both sides and the players never could adapt to thier style but it was a good ballgame in all and both teams will be right there in the district congrats coach martin on a well coached and looked at game i know you knew what they was going to do from the start as much as you watch videos and yu got a a plus on this one man

Pack got the technical because he cussed at the ref then couldnt keep his mouth shut when the ref warned him to do so. The ref warned the player three times before he called the pushing foul on him not much else he can do at that point. Allen Central is getting better every game. I thought they played well last night from start to finish with the exception of a stretch in the third quarter. The could win that district IMO>

Good win for the Rebs. Sounds like a very intense game. I would have loved to have been there to see it. Hope that Presonsburg can bounce back. Blackcats usually have a good run during tourney time.

Only if Pburg losses against Betsy Layne. A loss to Betsy Layne would put both AC and Pburg at (2-4) in conference play and the coin flip would determine who plays the number 1 seed Betsy Layne as a number 4.
Current Standings:
Betsy Layne (4-1)
South Floyd (3-3)
Prestonsburg (2-3)
Allen Central (2-4)

Thanks for the information JJ . I think that Betsy Layne should have no problem but hey stranger things have happened.

Yes stranger things have happened. Like a good friend from Betsy Layne told me today, I'd hate to play Prestonsburg in the first round, especially after they've beat them once. I told him, "you don't want to lose on purpose just to play Allen Central do you?" He wasn't so sure... I think it's gonna be a great tournament.

AC played a solid game on the road and handled the Blackcat comeback very well. Burchett had a good first half but seemed to disappear when his team needed him to step up. AC's D was a big part of that but I think he could have been more aggressive in making himself available. When he wants to play he either scores or gets fouled and gets points from the line, like he did in the first half. Great kid just think he had an off night and the Cats have got to have him to win. Stumbo really stepped up and played well on both ends of the floor. He got baskets inside and when his team needed bigs shots he connected from outside.
I seriously think the 58th is anyones to win. I give BL a slight edge but not so much that they want to be picking who they want to play. Any of the four can easily take the 58th.
