Congrats to Pikeville on a big win for them. Always said that Bart Williams is really one of the underrated coaches in the region and has always had some great teams.

Pikeville has such a bright future for the program. As everyone has said, their defense has been so impressive and they are very capable of making a good run for the region title next year. However, this year they are the closest to the wildcats are most games in the region will tell ya.

I have watched Pikeville play and if a team shoots less than 28 % from 3 point range we probably should defer to Wes who is in the Top 10 in the state in FG %at 63%. Simple math will help 28 for 100 from 3 pt will garner you 84 pts, 63 of 100 will get you 126 pts. Simple, I didnt say the coaches were awful, I just think for Pikeville to be effective we need more 10-15 foot shots and less 20 footers. I am not ignorant, been around awhile. The region is down and noone can dispute this fact, other than SV.
