Will be a battle in Winchester Saturday night when Scott Co takes on the GRC. Two top ranked teams, which do you pick to win?

I favor Scott County but not by much!

How is Euton doing this year ?

Scott Co. 77-65.

GRC has struggled some wiith more athletic teams this year. While SC isn't as athletic as Eastern or Ballard, they still have some very nice athletes and I expect the trio of Euton, Jackson, and Guyn to be too much for the Winchester group.
I think it'll be closer than last year, but in the end SC's pressure defensively will frustrate GRC in to some turnovers to put the game out of reach.
Scott Co- 70
GRC- 61

^ is Guyn back? I thought he was injured?

I saw a post somewhere that Guyn had tendonitis as does Justice, Guyn's doctor told him he could not injure himself further by playing so he is playing. Rest is the best treatment for tendonitis I have heard also.

I normally would say Scott County without question but I really like the way Clark County is playing as of late. Stenzel and Zollo need to have monster games like they have been lately. With or without Guyn, Scott County can easily win this game though. Euton and Jackson need to step up though whether Guyn is in the lineup or not.
I like Scott County in a nail-biter.

I tend to agree with you ODM. I think it may well come down the the Stenzel/Zollo v. Euton/Jackson FOUL's match-up. The duo that can get the other duo off the floor will win

Both of you are forgetting about Rogers. SC will have to contain him in the paint. He is a beast. Zollo was in foul trouble against Fairdale and Rogers scored 28 points. Zollo still got 12 points with sitting most of the game. If GRC can get 4 players in double figures like they have many times this season, I can see them pulling the upset.

At GRC its a toss up. How long has it been since GRC beat a Scott Co team?

Euton is playing well this year. His game has improved a lot since last year. He is more mobile. The biggest improvement on the SC team however is Jackson. Jackson has had numerous double-doubles this year. Guyn's game has been off lately. He seems to be forcing things instead of taking whats available to him. Both Shotwell and Flannery have had a few big games. Manning is not scoring a lot but has been getting a lot of assists and usually guards the opposing team's best guard. Tonight should be a good game.
How is the snow in the Winchester/Lexington/Georgetown area? There is no way any game could be played in southern or southeastern KY tonight.
