This is not a good win for GRC, this is a Great win for them. To go out of Region and play one of the better teams from the 6th was tremendous. I said in the prediction thread that my head was with Fairdale, due to being at home. For GRC to go their in the middle of January was a nice resume builder and will harden this team for the stretch run in the 10th.

This is GRC's 7th game against a Louisville school so far this season. That is 1/3 of their schedule. GRC's 4 losses are to Trinity, Eastern, Male and Seneca. All top 15 teams. GRC plays Ballard 2/19 at GRC. Last regular season game, that will make 8 games this season against Louisville teams. Yes this will prepare them for post season. GRC only has 4 losses, all to Louisville schools. Very tuff schedule GRC has played. Coming up is Ashland, Scott Co, Lexington Catholic, Mason Co Lafayette, Cov. Scott, Franklin co and Ballard. They may lose some more games , but will be battled tested come post season.

Agreed. Wins like this prepare you for the tough 10th Region, which is GRC's to win now.

Why Coach prepared such a tough schedule. Have some losses and lower ranking than with a easier schedule, but the season is to prepare you for post season, not get easy wins and good rankings.

Humphrey has some really nice players and will be ready toward regional time. I really like their get up and go play.
