Shelby Valley vs. Pikeville 1/18
#1
Thoughts???

What was the final score of the P-burg game tonight?

But my thoughts are that Valley will win by 20+.
#3
Valley should walk right into the state tourney

92 to 47 SV over Prestonsburg with the Newsome boys each scoring 20 and Elisha and Hatfield scoring in double figures also. Turnovers hurt Prestonsburg badly. I think SV shot 60% or higher for the game, they can beat anyone shooting like that. I look for them to handle Pikeville with a margin of about 20. Go UK,SV, and Dorton Wildcats.

I recently saw a video clip of Ashley Hatfield dunking over a Pikeville player that was supposed to be his cousiin. I checked the Pikeville roster and there is no Hatfield listed. Does anyone know who this cousin is?
#13

I believe his cousin that plays for Pikeville is Taylor Ratliff.

I would like to see this kids swing on the goal or least break it away to make it look like a legit dunk. You can tell these kids never played on a dunk goal. lol Good luck Valley....

Valley by 20
#23
what time will this game be?
#24
I expect a more competitive ballgame than the first game, where Valley rolled to a 46-point win. Pikeville will be a different team from the earlier meeting, when they were without Gatlin Clark. The Panthers can keep it close at first, but they won't be able to the whole game.

I agree with the majority of posters on this thread... let's say SV by 20.

Gatlin Clark is one of the better players in the county. Should be a much more competitive game this time around, I think the toughest game in the county so far for SV, stay healthy both teams and good luck!

I think he'll be able to make about a 10-15 point difference from the first game. His offense will really help them tonight.
