I'll go with

1.06-07 Florida-Won it all under the pressure of repeating
2.08-09 North Carolina-Won every NCAA tourney game by double digits
3.03-04 Uconn-Had the two best players in the nation on one team
4.00-01 Duke-Very deep team with two national players of the year
5.04-05 North Carolina-So loaded that their sixth man went pro
