No one gets kicked off because they disagree with a moderator. You get kicked off by causing trouble by bashing the site (being an a**hole) for no reason.

Well I assure you that I was not trying to be an A-hole nor was I trying to cause trouble. There is no reason to call me that. You all are the only one's breaking any rules by calling me that. All I did was have a disagreement with Basketballer, and I have a right to feel the way I do. Do I have anything against Basketballer? OF COURSE NOT! I just had an opinion and expressed it in a civil manner. I didn't call anyone any names like I've been called, I never even said she was wrong. So if you all want to kick me off for stirring things up supposedly then you can. But I don't want to be a part of a website that I have to worry about being kicked off just because the moderators don't like what I have to say. If i broke any rules I would understand, but not just because you think I'm being an A-hole.

You are entitled to your own opinion and you can disagree all you want. You can "stir things up" but one cannot try to cause problems by bashing our site...that is against our rules. I was not referring to you personally as an a-hole. I do apologize for cursing in general to anyone who has read the post.

i havent missed a game that south floyd has played and if you did look at the stats you wou would see that mason hall passes the ball alot inside to the big men and both ryan and ethan johnson both take double the shots mason does if you looked at the team stats that johnny little keeps you would see that mason and wes hall are the only 2 starters that have not taken over 100 shots in the games that they have played and you would see that ethan johnson is 4th place behind the other 3 starters in shots taken besides i think mason is the better 3 point shooter and if you have wathced any games at all maybe you notice that when both johnsons are in the game there are times that mason doesnt even get the ball

IMO Preston Simon is up there as well. When the game is on the line i would have him shoot the game winnin three over anybody in the 15th

He's not that good. Trust me I have played against him a few times and the only reason he is stickin out this year is because he has noone on his team. He has to take the majority of the shots.

The kid scored 46 points agaisnt a tough south floyd team and i dont see u scoring 46... And Bl will be top in the 15th come tourney time, cause i watch the game last night against paintsville and dont overlook them. But simon is a scorer and he will lead te bobcats to the regional tornament

And just like I said in my previous post, he is the only one who shoots so of course he is going to get 46 points when you're the only half way descent player on your team. I didn't see him score 46 against Prestonsburg or any other team this year for that matter.

MASON HALL FROM SOUTH FLOYD! HE ALWAYS POPS UP WHEN SF REALLY NEEDS HIM. ETHAN JOHNSON IS GOOD BUT I THINK THE PRESSURE GETS TO HIM.

Mason Hall by far when his feet is set ethan j is better off the dribble and also the leslie kidd from pburg can shoot when hes wide open but he cant shoot when there wide open

HALL
02-07-2005, 04:16 PM
Mason Hall, he would be even better if coach barry hall would get him more shots.
02-08-2005, 02:39 PM
Mason Hall from South Floyd is by far the best 3 point shooter.
03-01-2005, 10:39 PM
I think that Mason hall is a very good 3-point shooter, probably the best in the district. Although another player from Sf is a very good shooter but won't take a lot of shots, Wes Hall. He is an outstanding player and could rack up some points if he would just take more shots. Thats just my opinion though.
03-02-2005, 01:05 AM
Hall might be a good 3 shooter when he is spotted up but he cant shoot on the run so its not that hard to stop him just put someone out there to stand around with the kid.
03-02-2005, 01:08 AM
Herrick, if he took as many 3's as Hall and johnson then he would be one of the top players in the 15th, he just doesnt have the athleticism to do anything besides shoot, but man oh man can that boy shoot
03-02-2005, 02:03 AM
I think that Thacker from BL is a very good 3 point shooter and hits them when they need one.
03-02-2005, 11:40 AM
Thacker and McKinney from Betsy Layne
Hall and Johnson from South Floyd
Herrick from Prestonsburg
Hall and Johnson from South Floyd
Herrick from Prestonsburg

I would take Brandon Thacker over Mason Hall or Ryan Johnson any day of the week.
BTW, IMO, Simon scoring 46 points against SF was totally a fluke. They will lose big if he tries to score this many again.
And yes, we do have other people that can score, it only looks that way because Simon does not like to pass the ball that much.
I think that he has come to realize that it is more about team ball, and he looks better when he scores less and the team wins.

This thread should be, 2nd best 3 point shooter. Mason Hall is the best in the 58th, and the best Junior in the 15th.
03-03-2005, 12:31 PM
if thacker is so good then why couldnt he help his bobcats beat the raiders last night
03-03-2005, 12:31 PM
So if not why couldnt he help his bobcats beat the raiders last night, then not thacker is so good.
03-03-2005, 12:51 PM
He has to have the ball to score. The seniors were too worried about making the "wonderful" all tournament team. Couldn't have him score more than them can we. The last time I checked, one has to have the ball to score. And before you ask, YES I would still take Thacker over Mason Hall (who is not the best junior in the 58th) and over Ryan Johnson.
03-03-2005, 01:07 PM
Thacker is hands down the best 3-point shooter in the 58th district. I agree with ALL SPORT FAN, you must have the ball to score.

From the games I've seen Hall play, I wasn't that impressed.
