Did anyone see the highlights they showed of Highlands and Collinsworth on SNF? Pretty cool!

Yep that was cool. Glad for the young man. When you dad is a famous football guy you have to have a target on your back and he seemed to handle it very well. Congrats to him.

I half expected it to be mentioned as part of the normal color commentary since Chris is the announcer. But the footage was excellent. Fantastic seeing that on a national football broadcast. The mention of the national rankings was great too. I dare say that might be a catalyst to bump HHS up another notch or two (especially since the no. 4 team lost).

yea because chris siad could higher if another team lost they could be higher....he said they all had the mohawks going on

I believe they showed 5A champ game film hi-lites of Austin scoring and the HHS "new" tradition of Mo-Hawk haircuts for the finals! (Thanks, Fitz!!)

I didn't get to see it but it's kind of cool as it puts a Kentucky team in the national spotlight.

yea it is great for the state and recruiting now more teams will be looking at the surrounding area

It appears that Highlands has broken the top 5 in USA today this week at the number 4 spot. Congrats and well deserved.
