Great way to kick off the regular season for both teams. Winner will have the early advantage in the 33rd district as far as the #1 seed goes.

This is an interesting match up. Ryle's size and toughness against Boone's athleticism. I could see Boone struggling to guard the Raiders down low:
I'm going to pick the Raiders in a close one.
Ryle- 61
Boone- 57

Ryle will be one of the bigger teams in the region:
6'5 Stauffer
6'5 Vollet
6'4 Coleman
6'4 Schild
6'2 McLeish
It's still up in the air whether or not 6'7 Tate Nichols is going to play or not.

I know it was still TBD whether or not he'd play, but thanks for clarifying.
IMO it's a smart move by him. He has a full ride to Stanford...why risk injury playing basketball when you can work out and get ready for football?
