I saw Carroll County play a double header at Grant this summer. They lost Chris Hendrick inside and Matt Allen handling the ball. Those are some big shoes to fill. I don't know if they had all there players. But Andy Sistein (spelling) looked pretty good with the ball. Ethan Stewart opposite returner Will Yager shot the ball really well. Yager got most of the attention from Grant and Gallatin that night, which allowed Stewart to score a lot against them both. I think they beat Grant and lost to Gallatin. Gallatin then played Grant in the third game. Can't remember who won that one. Gallatin boys looked really good.

5 Points do not separate Carroll, Owen, Gallatin and Henry.
I wonder why they play so early in the year. The schools use the seeding system for the District.
Carroll will be good enough to beat all of the District teams, but they could lose to all of the District teams.

Anyone see Owen or Henry this past summer?

Owen is tall, but guard play and quickness is the question
Henry has Jefferries and Pete Baldwin and Spud Baldwin, which will can push the ball and cause alot of problems

Carroll has lost there big man Chris so i dont see any pressure in the post from this ball team.

Dont forget that Henry has a deep bench this year and also has most of there key players back like Conner J., Pete Baldwin, Spud Baldwin, and Trever Raizer. The only thing that might hurt them this year is the fact that they dont really have a post player.

Henry beat Carroll 3 times last year, all by less than 3 points each. With Ethan Stewart opposite Will Yager, I don't think scoring will be a problem. Defensive and offensive rebounds are the concern. Who will step up and replace Chris Hendrick. For Carroll to have a successfull season, Proctor and Sisestien will have to handle the ball pressure and DC Craig will need to be a rebounding machine.

I seen Carroll this summer and with their lose of players they didnt look to good.

Agree. From what I was told. Yager was only returning starter. Stewart was only other player with varsity minutes that played most of the summer. Sisenstien played some of those games. But they did not have Proctor or Craig, who started and played a lot of varsity last year. Again I saw them beat Grant with Yager, Stewart and Sisenstien and lose big to Gallatin. Boys from Gallatin are going to be REAL good!

I watched Gallatin play this summer against Henry and they were looking pretty good.

anxious to see how these boys play without there big man chris. he was the heart of the team

No doubt they have big shoes to fill in replacing Chris Hendrick..:notworthy
I think they will score more with Yager and Stewart opposite each other. Question is, can they rebound?
