It's Senior Night in Eastern, so look for this Senior Class and their teammates to come in fired up and ready to go. Good Luck this week Rebels- FOCUS- one game at a time, one week at a time.

The Bobcats seem to be on self destruct mode. To think I predicted this team to win at least 5 and could have as many as 7 wins. Shows how little I know
The one good thing about missing the palyoffs is the pain is over, and time to build for next year.

This could be a game if the Bobcats don't go into self destruct mode like the have in many games past this year...

I went to the pikeville/allen central game and the fans were cheering my name as i walked on the bleachers and i might go to the game if i could get a ride

Look for an emotional and good night for the Rebels. Allen Central in winning big :redboxer:and a good career for this group of seniors. This group has stuck it out and have lead the school to a lot of first's in the football program.

This group of seniors has worked hard to turn this program around. As freshmen they went 3-7 and missed the playoffs by one game, as sophomore's 4-6, as juniors 7-3 (both with first round play-off losses) and as seniors they are sitting at 7-1 and looking at hosting their first play-off game. They finished last season as the top Class A team in rushing yards and in the top 5 in all classes. At last check they are on top on Class A in rushing yards as a team again. As Seniors they broke into the AP poll top 10 in Class A and have remained a respectable 7. As a team they rushed for 605 yards in a single game- which at that time would put them in the top 15 for single game rushing on KHSAA's website. (Five different players rushed for 100+ yards in that game).
To the Highlands, Beechwood's etc.. of Kentucky- this may not seem like much. But the Rebel's and their fans couldn't be any prouder of this group.

Good Luck to the Rebel's class of 2010, bring home another win Friday night boys. 8-1 in week 9 would be a great way to celebrate your Senior Night.
