:popcorn: This one will be a dandy between East and Greenup. I think with Carter banged up he will most likely not play or be very ineffective if he does so this could go either way.

Yeah I feel sorry for both of them i've been right by log mountain going to a coal mine there out side of Middlesboro and its about a 3 and half hour trip from here. Long 7 hour trip to get Dismantled.

This is true We had to do it last year. But this year I really hope we get the chance to go back I think it will a lot better ball game. Good luck to both GC & EC may the best team win :Thumbs:

This should be called the Bell County Bowl game, winner goes to Log Mountain, good luck to both teams. The winner will have a hard time stopping a good Bell team.

Bell is the real deal they won state last year and are still the champs untill some one knocks them off. And thats why they play the games. I remember one year Boyd was the 4th seed and went to log mountian and beat #1 Bell. But that was then and this is now I would love to see you all Knock them out sure it would be the up set of the year in KY but anything can happen on a given night.

Big game for both teams! I see East Carter winning this one by 1 TD or less. Should be a dandy of a game.

Let us know how the Bell County trip goes. I remember how excited you were because Lawrence County has to play them. I'm glad that Greenup will have the opportunity to play them. Maybe Carter will break some records that night? :Thumbs:

I agree, Greenup should win, I have said that all season long, if we could play mistake free football, get some players healthy, and play to our capabilities, then we win, if we don't, we may not be going to Log Mountain after all, geez what a statement, but one thing is for certain, we will show up in Grayson Friday night.:Thumbs:

Greenup needs to get fired up and start playing some defense. Do that and we will win the trip to Bell County.

Is Corey Clark on that crew, but seriously did it look one sided with the way the game was called, I know that refs. are there to officate, but when they start playing the game, then they are the players, and decide the game sometimes. :biggrin:

Greenup should win this game, The big fullback black is strong for east but very slow, they go to him a lot. Greenup's line should play very well against this team. The win will go to the team with less turnovers, If Carter plays Greenup by 3 tds if not who really knows?

Greenuo has alot of problems right now. And honestly I see some players not even wanting to win this game to not have to practice another week and visit Bell Co. When I was a sophomore several Raceland players didn't want to win our last one because it was a trip to NCC. So we lost to a team we shouldve beat. But Fairview beat LCA and we had to go anyway. With all that said;

Greenup is plagued by injuries right now. Joey Aeh may have a torn MCL, Cole Potter is having surgery on his hand, Carter's ankle is worse after Friday's game, and there are others who are banged up or sick. This will be a tough week.

I'm going with Greenup in this game. I seen where Bath County beat E. Carter this past week. That's what I'm basing my pick on..
