This team is playing with alot of fire lately!! Congrats Harlan Co.
#5
Good win for the Bears.
#6
Harlan county should of scored way more than what they have on the board because they were in pcc territory all night but couldnt capalize. Harlan had the mo at the end and i knew they were going to get the 2 to take the lead.

Also Amis DID Play and many predicted if he played they wuldve ran all over us, i Dont think so, our d-fense really held Amis tonight, still the kid is a great football player, and they were a very classy team, lots of respect for them.

HOW ABOUT THEM BLACK BEARS

Yeah I agree that the 2 point conversion was going to be good. I think they called the same play all the way down the field, and it was never stopped. Great game, I didn't see wymt there, that's too bad.

Just WOW! What a battle!!!!!

I love this district!!!

My heart can't take much more of these type games though.

Great Win for the Bears, The team really seemed to come alive. The better team won tonight and thats what I like too see. Harlan was the better team all night but just couldn't put points on the board. But my hats off to PCC they played hearts out. 6-2 and still counting. Don't count us out yet Bell County there may be a big bear a coming!!!
#17
What a game, congrats to both teams
#18
Harlan County looks to better than I first thought.

Congrats Bears!
#19
Another good win for coach Larkey...the dad!

amis played but it was easy to tell he was in pain the whole game. he tried getting out of bounds on every run he had. what killed the commodores was there best defensive player, matt robinson, getting injured and not being able to play the two scoring drives harlan county had. congrats bears and better luck next week dores.

I did notice Amis tried his best to get out of bounds, but he threw the ball quite well but his run game was slowed, excellent game, and you guys were great sports and very classy:Clap:

The Harlan County Black Bears did what it took to get the win. Accepting nothing but a win. I wish they wouldn't wait to the last second. The Bears moved the ball good all night and then they would stall, many times in PCC territory. The Bears Filthy Animals squashed the PCC rushing attempts the first 3 qtrs and gave up a few long runs in the 4th. Amis is very talented and has all of the proclaimed speed, moves, and an arm with accuracy. He also absorbed some big hits and played on. Tough young man. He was pressured all night. GOOD JOB BLACK BEARS!!!!! Now get ready for Clay County. Can't wait to watch the Bears play again.
#24
congrats harlan
#25
Love to see them going for two; play to win, not to tie!!
#26
wow, another nail-bitting victory for Coach Larkey. CONGRATS to Coach and the Black Bears on the win..... 3 wins shy of 250

That was the difference in this game and the difference in this year's team. The Black Bears keep playing to win instead of playing to NOT lose! Gutsy call at the end!

Amis is a tough tough kid. He took some big hits and was visibly hurting, but shook it off and got right back in there. Perry has a tough defense and their Sophmore linebacker is a head hunter.

WOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOO!!!! OMG - What a game it was and, YES, you did indeed pick the upset, LOL! I love it! Thanks for the confidence in the Bears BigBlueBobcatFan.

The defense kicked butt again this week...the offense just had a little trouble getting into the endzone until that last 3 minutes when it was do or die. Congrats to all the boys...AWESOME JOB!!!

P.S To our Bears - If you don't quit with these games like this, you won't have anyone there to watch 'cause we're all going to kick over with heart attacks!!! :yikes:

WOW NAIL-BITER AGAIN!!!!!! GO BEARS:rockon:

very wet and sloppy field, harlan had the advantage there where they are a wishbone team where pcc is more of a spread offense team. it hurt pcc when matt robinson went out in the fourth and harlan was able to punch 2 scores in. other than that pcc, played great D. harlan has a very good defense and plays very hard, congrats to them. it was obvious that amis was playing through the pain all night long, he was favoring that left shoulder and was trying to get out of bounds all night but he still didnt disapoint. pcc needs to keep there heads up though, even though thats a tough way to lose a game theyve still had a great season. and i hope harlan keeps winning and wins district, i cant stand them cougars.
