Belfry will never put up 61 points on anyone as long as Coach Haywood is in charge of the Pirates.....He'll score 48-49 points, and then sub in the freshmen players

Belfry will win but they wont score as many points as you all may think. They had pburg beat but they turned it over so many times in the 2nd half.

If I remember correctly.... the final score was BELFRY-49 PRESTONSBURG -7

Its actually the biggest margin of victory by either team since the two began playing in 1999.

Now, let's get this thread back on track, it is Belfry/Shelby Valley....not Belfry/Prestonsburg.....

Belfry will use this game to prepare for teams in the playoffs. I expect to see some passing routes being executed and the offense will stay in until the end of the 3rd quarter (if the score isn't to high by then).

Shelby Valley will continue to work on their football program and will hopefully be competitive in the near future.

Good Luck Pirates and may all players emerge healthy and injury free for the playoffs.:thumb:
