Last night I saw my first snow flake of the year.......It sure was cold enough to snow last night but they said on the news they are giving a snow advisory for higher elevations in pike county

My buddy has one of the old Bronco Ones and we go out in it when the snow rolls in. Too much fun.

It has been a few times since I've been going there...
Remember the pretty big snow last year? I had gone to the UK/LSU basketball game and it took us around 5 hours to make it home from Lexington.. there was about 10 wrecks also.. i'm pretty sure they ended up shutting down the Mountain Parkway later that night..
but I love when it snows a lot.. we always go sledding lol

I am going fishing friday and taking some fire wood and ill still freeze probably.....And then I am going to stay in a cabin and go hunting this weekend too and it will be cold too......

I love the snow also and miss Pikeville and the mountains everytime it snows in Lexington...just isn't the same down here. It was really cold today in Richmond and Lexington but I dont think it was cold enough to snow, probably will be cold enough tonight. I was reading the other day that usually when we have a hot and dry summer that it usually results in a cold and wet winter, so get ready snow lovers we could see a lot this winter. I may be moving back to Pikeville in January, so if EKY gets any major snow storms I hope it is after the new year....I love taking the 4-wheelers out in the snow.

It's really cold out...i'm glad I got my cast off yesterday...I would've hated going outside with no sock or shoe to cover my foot. I'd dread finding out how cold it's going to be in Boston when I go in March...lol....you better get ready Balla!

I don't like cold weather that much either CTD...I'm glad that I'm on home-school right now...I dread having to go outside at 7:30 in the morning when I go back to school in mid-december

Try getting up at 4:30 and going outside. Really feels great.

CTD you just need to find something to cuddle up with to keep you warm.

I've always been a night person and certainly not a morning person. So its really hard to turn this site off and go to bed. That's why I usually end up with 4 to 5 hours sleep every night.

When i use to work day shift, it was 4 and 430 every morning for me too.. then i got to stand outside for 14 hours and wade in the mud and whatever else.. and i hated it with everything in me..

as for cuddling.. well,, i got that.. but she works during the day and i work during the nite.. so its hard to find time to cuddle lol.
