Have heard the #'s are down at Boyd also, having to pull from the middle school to have enough.

Cat Scratch Fever Wrote:Both teams looked very good in the summer league down in Raceland. As for the girls at Rose Hill, looks like Day is going to Fairview (she most likely is missing a year from what I have been told on here), Friley and Virgin are not playing and Vanover is at Verity now. I don't think Rose Hill would have been a threat to Ashland or any of the other top teir teams but now they are gong to struggle for sure. Makes the Kittens season even easier, IMO.
You seem to know alot about the Rose Hill girls to be a mere Ashlander. Maybe you have the inside scoop with your almighty knowledge of the game. Bradley should hire you as an assistant. I will scoot over and make room for you.

Not sure who you are or who you think I am but there is no need in being a jerk. Not hard to get the "inside scoop" when I am close to several parents at Paul Blazer and their kids know a lot of the girls at Rose Hill. Coach Bradley is a great coach and anyone on the bench with him is very qualified, I am sure. Keep your smart comments to yourself, you bore me.

Amazing how things have changed out there in just a few years.

Whatever happens at Rose Hill, Ashland is still the frontrunner to win the district and possibly the region. This group of seasoned players will settle for nothing less. Nice little write up by Mark Maynard in the Daily regarding Katelyn Connor.

Connor had a great summer. If I am correct, she won the position award at UK camp and she looked as good as anyone at the summer league at Raceland. She will be a big match up problem for just about everyone in the region this year.

Wow going out on a limb. Thanks for your keen insight! I agree. I agree.

I would think that someone so close to the Kitten program would know more about their star player and whether or not she won an award. Get it a break you imposter...:moon:

You need to take care of yourself before calling out others. I don't know you or what your problem is but it is obvious that you need help. I will pray for you, you need it.

I actually think its very flattering for somebody to take all the to act like me on this website. But its really starting to get old. I can tell you Dale Dunnette is not on the kitten staff or even in the program at any level.

Not sure of any kind of staff that he could be on, certainly not any kind of coaching staff. I know I would not want any of my kids around anyone like him.

rumor has it that Fairview also got the Chaney girl from Boyd along with a girl from Boone county thats pretty good. Fairview slides into sceond place in a three team district.

Pending eligibility, Fairview could be the surprise team this year. If Mandy could have foreseen all of this she might have been inclined to stay in Westwood, haha. But alas, hindsight is always 20/20, we all agree with that I am sure.

You may be right but I think Mandy will be fine at Russell. She works hard as a coach and cares about her players.

I have heard many, many things the common is that rose hill will hear something in a week. The rest of us will probably hear about when we see some rose hill kids at ashland....or where ever.

Not saying that all are doing this, but the parents that are actually rooting for the demise of Rose Hill should be ashamed. I am a firm believer that you get what you put out into this world and I don't want any bad vibes going out into my favorite program because of some disgruntled parents. Like I said, not all are doing this, just a small number, but it is wrong to me to hope for kids to have to suffer for what adults have done.

Are you referring to the current Greenup County Coach?
08-18-2009, 10:56 PM
I know this is a little off topic, but I have seen Verity girls play last weekend. Things are all right at Kitten nation for years to come.
08-18-2009, 11:18 PM
Yes, I was talking about the coach you referred to and I agree, the Kittens look awesome for the next several years but I also say that when you wish ill things on others then a person takes a chance on something going wrong with their own team and I don't want anything going against my girls at Ashland. I just think it is wrong for adults to root for a bunch of girls to have a rough time or no team to better their situation, that is all.

CSF, I have went through every post on this thread and the only post that is remotley condusive to your accusations is post 180 by Lion Eagle and all LE asked was whether or not Rose Hill was going to have enough for a team.
Really dont know why, or where you are getting this info at but I dont believe anyone is hoping for the demise of Rose Hill. How is the demise of Rose Hill going to better anyones situation?

Ilm picking Ashland

Rose Hill will be having a team, they might be young but they will play hard for their coach.
08-21-2009, 12:25 PM
That is good to hear! Good luck to all the teams in the District.
