the praxton picther went 37th to the Blue Jays, thats it. I heard Maile was in top two rounds but he didn't even get mentioned in first three rounds

Luke Maile, although his future is undeniably tied to the events of the next three days, won't be doing any of that.
"I'm just going to live my life," the former Covington Catholic catcher and current pro prospect said Monday. "Help out my dad with some things, work around the house.
"But I will have my cell phone on me."
If there's an area high school player who figures to get the call from a major league franchise this year, it's Maile. He's the top-ranked player in this year's senior class. He's one of the University of Kentucky's top recruits. On Monday he was named the Gatorade player of the year for Kentucky.

correction he DID get drafted. he went in to 43rd round (1308th) overall to the Boston Red Sox. I think a lot of teams passed him up because he said if he didnt go in the first two rounds, then he wasn't going to sign
